Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, a NON-refundable deposit will be required. For any cancellations or service deletions, I require a minimum of 48-hours notice.
If we do not receive a notice of 48 hours or more, your deposit will cover our cost of the missed appointment and another deposit will need to be paid in order to rebook. If the deposit goes unpaid, your appointment will be cancelled after 24 hours.
If you come to your appointment and decide against a service that you booked, your deposit for that service will be lost and you will still have a balance due for the service you received.
I allow a 10-minute grace period for those who are running late, after that your service may not be able to be completed and will count as a no-show.
